Should you cancel your order either:
- 4 (four) weeks prior to the delivery date or
- post-delivery,
a refund of 50% will only be considered if goods are in their original condition. Delivery charges will unfortunately not be refunded and a collection fee will be applicable to the pickup and re-delivery of the goods.
Made to order products have been produced specifically for you, therefore no refunds or exchanges can be made. If there is an error on our part regarding the product specification or if the product is found to be faulty, Sofa Scene will rectify the fault.
Sofa Scene will at their discretion collect and refund goods that are unsuitable in terms of style or size, however, a 20% handling fee will be applicable.

Manufacturing currently takes 15-21 working days provided fabric is available in South Africa.
